Specialising in vibrant visual décor concepts, bespoke props, artificial plant installations, and unforgettable venue dressing, we bring restaurants, pop-ups, events, and festivals to life. Clients often approach us looking for help to refresh their brands; couples come to us to style their weddings, bar owners with revamp needs and festivals for our colourful and impactful designs.
Every story has its roots, and ours is built on resourcefulness and heart. Chou Rouge Creative started with little more than big dreams, tiny budgets, and salvaged treasures. What started as a resourceful solution for tight budgets evolved into a core philosophy—one person’s trash can become another’s treasure. From creating costumes and party decor to designing for corporate clients, our commitment to creativity and sustainability remains at the heart of everything we do.
Some of our first props were salvaged treasures from the revamps of one of our first clients, Barrio Bars. These early projects, filled with passion and creativity, set the tone for everything we do today.
Over time, our designs have found their way into the heart of London’s most stylish venues. From the legendary Annabel’s and the vibrant The House of KOKO to the prestigious Royal Festival Hall for Anoushka Shankar and the trendy Boxpark, we’ve had the privilege of styling unforgettable events and venues. Alongside these, we’ve brought our magic to countless bars, brands, rooftops, and festivals across the city.
who we are
We’re Adrienn and Laura, the creative minds behind Chou Rouge – friends first, and later colleagues and creative partners.
Fueled by our shared passion for bold designs, storytelling through décor, and the joy of transforming spaces, Chou Rouge Creative was born in 2019. We first crossed paths at Adrienn’s monthly rave series, Colors, and soon began collaborating on creative projects with great success.
Working side-by-side, we found magic in the unexpected, and embraced every opportunity to push creative boundaries. Both of us are natural makers with aligned work ethics, yet we each bring something unique to the table—balancing and inspiring one another to shine.
Our team also includes Danielle, a talented stylist and prop maker whose imaginative creations bring bespoke props to life, adding a special touch to every project. When we're not working, you’ll find Laura
nurturing her plants in the garden or enjoying peaceful walks with her dog Edie. Adrienn loves recharging at conscious retreats and immersing herself in the transformative energy of tantra events.

WHAT’S IN A NAME?
Chou Rouge – say Chou - ch (as in shoe) ou (as in now) rou (as in rule) and ge (as in version)
Ever wondered where the name ‘Chou Rouge’ came from? Well wonder no more. One frosty January evening in an unassuming Stoke Newington branch of Morrisons, Adrienn came across a red cabbage salad pot with the French words ‘Chou Rouge’ emblazoned across the top. Was it mad? Quite possibly…but was it instantly right? Definitely! And so the quirky and colourful name was set and the journey begun.
Knowing the quirky creative flair that makes up the Chou Rouge Creative brand, we knew we would need a name that expressed it, but one was not easily forthcoming. How could we communicate the colourful, fun, international vibes that make up our brand? Well in as unlikely a place as any of course.

We’re thrilled to introduce our most exciting project yet: an online hire shop for decor, plants, and props.
After years in the event industry and a keen eye on changing trends, we’ve identified a gap in the market for high-quality, sustainable, and unique hire items.
Over time, we’ve curated a treasure trove of colorful and distinctive props, premium plants, and over 1,000 meters of vibrant fabric bunting—all available for hire. What sets us apart is our commitment to sustainability: using upcycled materials we create beauty without contributing to the environmental crisis.
