Our hire packages start from £750, providing beautifully curated foliage styling that you can install with your own team. Foliage Purchase: Prefer to keep the greenery? We’ll source and prepare everything to ensure it’s reusable for future events, offering long-lasting value.

 How We Work

  • Start with a complimentary call to discuss your needs and vision. To tailor our services effectively, we request an approximate budget upfront. This allows us to provide realistic options and accurately estimate what’s achievable.

  • We’ll arrange a site visit to meet you in person, assess the space, and discuss design ideas that align with your vision and goals.

  • A £800 deposit, credited towards the overall budget, secures your booking and ensures our time and creative expertise are dedicated to working on your project.

  • (Optional)

    Based on your brief, we can craft a detailed creative proposal that includes a design vision, mood boards, and sourcing plans.


    Cost: £800, which will be credited toward your final budget upon project approval.

    Alternatively, if you already have a clear vision, we can skip this step and move straight to sourcing and installation.

  • Once the design proposal (creative document) is approved, we’ll create a detailed, itemised budget featuring bespoke plant selections tailored specifically to your venue, along with props and other design elements.

  • We’ll schedule a follow-up call to review the budget and, if applicable, discuss the creative document. This typically occurs within 7 days of sending the proposal.

    Note: Additional requests or budget revisions may incur extra costs.

  • After finalising the budget, we’ll send an invoice for:

    100% of materials cost

    50% of labor cost

    This deposit ensures we can begin sourcing and preparation.

  • Once payment is received, we start sourcing materials and provide an estimated timeline for project delivery.

  • When materials arrive, we begin creating and preparing the elements of your design in our studio.

  • We handle all the details, from transportation to the smallest finishing touches.

  • We’ll agree on installation dates and bring your vision to life, transforming your space with our expert team.

    For one-off events, our team will handle the takedown of all decorations promptly once the event concludes, ensuring a seamless wrap-up.

  • OUR PRICING STRUCTURE:

    Creative Styling & Installation (£250 - £400/day)
    Our day rate includes: Creative Concept & Document, Product Research & Budgeting, Hand Sourcing, Studio Prep, Expert Styling & Setup, Project Management and Creative Direction—delivering your vision with style and precision. If you'd like to work with Adrienn or Laura, our senior stylists and creative directors, their rate starts from £350/day (8-hour shift).

    HOW OUR FEES WORK:

    Standard day rate applies for on-site styling and installations.

    De-rig services are charged separately if required.

    Pricing depends on project size, complexity (whether project management is needed), and location.

    Additional costs may include transport, overnight installations, per diem, and any custom requests or post-sign-off changes.

    CREATIVE AND PREP FEES EXPLAINED:

    Product Research & Budgeting:
    We carefully curate a unique selection of plants best suited to your space or brand. Our goal is to ensure your decor is distinctive and high-quality, achieved through thorough research with our trusted suppliers. We dedicate time to creating a detailed quote for you, item by item. Please keep in mind that from the time of quote creation to purchasing, some items may go out of stock, requiring us to find suitable alternatives.

    Hand Sourcing:
    This covers the time spent purchasing and ordering products online, as well as visiting our suppliers' warehouses to source the best options for your project.

    Studio Prep:
    Once deliveries arrive at our studio, we take the time to unpack, carefully plan arrangements, and customise the foliage where needed. This might include adding our signature Chou Rouge twist—whether it's colouring leaves, treating them with fire-retardant products, or adding a subtle glow to enhance the overall aesthetic.

    Project Management:
    For larger projects, such as restaurant or bar openings that require extensive sourcing and managing of a bigger team, additional project management charges may apply to account for the increased responsibilities.

    INSTALLATION FEES EXPLAINED:

    Senior Stylist: A Senior Stylist is a key member of our team with over 10 years of experience. This includes our founders and creative directors: Adrienn, Laura, and Danielle.

    Stylist: Our talented stylists have extensive experience in event styling and venue transformations, ensuring every installation is carried out with precision and creativity.

    Assistant Stylist: Assistant Stylists are new members of our team who have joined from our creative department. They are currently undergoing training to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in event styling under the guidance of our senior team.
